Welcome to Reddix Family Healthcare located in Pikesville, Maryland, minutes away from Pikesville High School. Our mission is to improve the health of those we serve in turn becoming the most trusted family medicine center in the greater Baltimore area. Our family medical center is devoted to offering comprehensive primary care that sets community standards and exceeds patient's expectation while providing exceptional training programs for our communities. We accept a majority of national health insurance policies and also have a primary care clinic in Baltimore providing services to the under and uninsured.

Dr. Irance Reddix McCray, MD, M. Theo, M. Div

 Our CEO is Dr Irance’ Reddix McCray, MD, M Theo, M Div. who is our lead family doctor. She has been in practice as a for 33 years as a family physician and also runs a non-profit primary care center in Baltimore City serving the entire state of Maryland through the clinic’s mobile capabilities. She also has a degree in spirituality from St Mary’s Ecumenical institute and an M Div. in Urban Ministry with a focus on faith and health from Wesley Seminary. She has a passion for Urban Ministry and routinely teaches medical and nursing students the connection between belief and its effects on health. She has been leading Reddix Family Healthcare since 2004.

Dr. Patricia D. Setlow, NP

Dr. Setlow is our health clinic’s lead nurse practitioner. With over 50 years of experience, Dr. Setlow knows what it takes to provide great care. Having started her career in the 1960’s, Dr. Setlow has seen the evolution of medicine and continues to stay up to date with best practices.

Jahleel Norman, MBA

Jahleel attended Morgan State University and graduated in 2013 with a B.S. in Marketing. He started working at Reddix Family Healthcare as a receptionist after he graduated school. During that time, he got his Masters Degree at Southern New Hampshire University with his degree in Social Media Marketing with a minor in Business Administration. While in his master’s program, Jahleel also obtained his medical assistant license. In 2015, with a new masters degree and medical assistant license, Jahleel went on to become the office manager at Reddix Family Healthcare. Jahleel wants to continue serving his local community and plans to pursue his nursing degree in 2020.
